At Tenant Enforcement and Residential Rights and Accountability (TERRA), we stand firm in our mission to protect renters and support those who speak out against injustices. We empower tenants with essential knowledge, legal resources, and unwavering advocacy. Through education and community accountability, we ensure that every renter can assert their rights and call out real-estate fraud when they see it-- from tax evading landlords who knowingly rent out uninhabital units at luxury prices (and report it as "non-profit" earnings on their federal income taxes) to real estate agents who are also on the HOA board of directors selling those properties without any disclosure of known building defects that are actively in litigation. Together, we create a fairer and safer housing landscape for all.
